1960s VINTAGE BLUE COTTON FLARED MINI SKORT skirt / shorts

A 1960s vintage blue cotton mini skort  that's fitted at the top and flares with tuck pleats at the bottom.  There's a metal zipper and button closure on the side.  The skort is in excellent vintage condition except there's a couple of dark spots on one side panel.  Measures 18 1/4" length, 25" waist (button could be moved nearly two inches to make the waist larger.)
