Vintage Tommy Hilfiger denim shorts from the 90's I believe. Measurements approximate - 28" waist - 40" hips - zipper 6". Top waist at button to crotch seam 12", 4" to bottom length short. Stated size 10 Perfect T-short. Vintage, not stretch. Very good condition.
