Antique Hand Forged Iron Arts & Crafts Winged Dragon Door Knocker Yellin Style

Just out of a local Bucks county, Pennsylvania house is this rare and unique Winged Dragon door knocker made by or in the manner of Samuel Yellin . It has no makers mark. The hand forged dragon was well crafted, has great detail, and has had to have been made by a master blacksmith. It measures about 13 1/2 inches high, about 5 1/2 inches at its widest, and about 5 3/8 inches deep. It was mounted to an old wood board to display but could be installed on a door if desired. Parts of the knocker do not sit flat against the backing but we believe the dragon was made that way for expressive artistic purposes.
