    I am not a doll expert by any means. From my research, this is a Kewpie doll that used to be given as a carnival prize. Who could resist this adorable face! He has a red heart on his chest and the wings on his shoulders. Unfortunately he has lost his arms that would be jointed. He has some paint loss on the base and by the sockets for his arms.
