Due to the inherently fragile nature, ALL
FRANKART
will be professionally packaged/shipped by a local UPS store…thus the SHI charge is fair but certainly on the high side.
To the extent possible, I will ALWAYS prorate shipping charge when multiple items are purchased/shipped to same address. If actual SHI charge is more than .00 below stated value, I will refund said prorated SHI amount as well. Sales tax is applicable per EBAY guidelines.
