CONDITION:
This is as perfect an example as I have seen - totally Mint pristine as if it just rolled off the printing press.  This example has not been certified, but your eye can Certify it quite nicely - it is a perfect example.
SECURITY STRIP is observable left of center
(see photo, this is the thin strip running vertically, almost looking like a thin crease, but it is not, it is an almost invisible watermark)
ORIENTATION / PRINTING IN THE PLATE IS EXCELLENT.
COLORS: Subtle as they should be, but Strong

No personal pick up of items, mail only.
** 4) Postal Insurence  IS NOT Included. ** Certified mail + tracking is available for shipping in the USA for .99 upon request only.
**  5) FOREIGN – INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE is  Extra – approximate estimate,  .99 Priority Global Airmail.
PLEASE NOTE that this is an estimate and I will advise with the total p&h fees, which might be higher than the estimate above, after the bidding has ended and I see who the winning bidder is and where the item is going.
International tracking is NOT available unless you request it in advance and pay extra for the service (not available to all countries).
International mail is  NOT insured unless you request it in advance and pay additional for Registered or Express mail  (if the U.S. Postal Service allows insurance or Registered or Express mail).
At seller’s discretion items might be sent through Federal Express, or another International Carrier in order to have a signature as proof of receipt. All international customs, duties, and other tariffs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Export or Import: An export license may be required for the export of certain materials. Some countries prohibit the importation of certain materials. It is the sole responsibility of buyers to familiarize themselves with any required license and import/export requirements. The seller will have no responsibility with regard to these matters.
**  6) Items are not returnable. Sorry, I am an individual seller of personal property that I own, not a store or ebay seller that lists thousands of miscellaneous items as a career. Consequently there are no returns, refunds, exchanges or credits, so please be certain when you place a bid, or inquire beforehand, or do not bid.
We will disclose and describe any of the problems we are aware of with every item, and try our best to completely & accurately describe the item. Mistakes may occur infrequently, but they are not intentional, so please contact us if you find any.
**  7) Payment is  DUE in full within 2 days, paid through Paypal. Payment is only accepted in U.S. dollars.

**  10) SHIPPING – HANDLING TIME: Items are mailed out, on average, once a week by a service I employ to package and mail items, so if payment is received after they have been to the post office, your item may not go out until the following week. If you are in a rush, or need the item by a certain date, you will need to advise us in advance, make immediate payment after the auction ends, and pay for express or expedited shipping. If you do not pay for an expedited shipping method, we cannot be expected to seriously consider it a rush. **  11) DELIVERY / TRANSIT TIME: Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, may exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. Once an item is mailed we have no control over its shipment time or handling since this is entirely within the scope of the carrier,

If I do not email you after the sale, it is your responsibility, as the purchaser, to email me requesting payment instructions, and providing me with an address for shipping.  Also I need your direct email as I have had problems going through the ebay system, therefore if your email address is not shown, you will need to send it to me.
