This is a A++++ Shape!! Rapha pro team long sleeve thermal base layer in dark navy and chartreusse, size medium.
I own several of these and they actually work really well as they have a added neck warmer built in to assist in keeping the cool wind from seeping into your lungs during a Winter ride. These are highly lightweight, and breathable when things get warmed up while putting your hard Fall, Winter and even early Spring stuff as well.
As far as sizing, these run really small, and really hug key points of your body as you can see from the placements of the seams.
mredium will fit a 38" to 39.5" and i would not push it to much past that depending on torson length as well.
