100% woven cotton. Navy blue with a dark red (cranberry) and white. Side hip pockets and 1 rear buttoned pocket. 2 button and zip closure. Waist relaxed is about 23", can stretch to about 28". Really cute shorts. Everything I sell pre-owned has been washed prior to listing. Happy to answer any questions!
